Background

'My passion for exercise initially started through playing tennis from the age of 10 years for club, county and national level'

This was the main trigger for my exercise enthusiasm which encouraged me to complete a range of vocational qualifications.

I now have over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry working as a personal trainer, class instructor and massage therapist.

I currently work on a freelance basis in Swindon where l offer 1-1 personal training sessions, sports therapy and group exercise classes. However if the gym is inconvenient l can travel to you at your home within a 20 mile radius of Swindon.
